Mediation Fees

Our Mediation services are offered both in person and online.

Filing Fee $60

MEDIATION:

Mediation is a voluntary process, where both parties must agree to join. One of the major benefits of mediation is that parties maintain control of the final decision, while the mediator is there to facilitate the communication, not to judge or to decide. Only when an agreement is reached and signed by both parties, it will then become mandatory.

PRE-MEDIATION:

We offer as a courtesy a pre-mediation hour that may be done by phone or videoconference with each one of the parties involved in the dispute.

IN-PERSON MEDIATION:

We are partnered with several coworking spaces, which give parties options to choose from. Our in-person meetings will be defined accordingly what best fit the need of the parties.

Hourly rate for the initial 3 hours minimum $320.

Additional hours are defined according to the case, to be determined by the mediators with the parties’ consent.

ONLINE MEDIATION:

Our Online Mediation service is offered through the Zoom platform, and clients will receive our services protocol to be ready for the process before it starts. Resolve Bureau provides a snack to be delivered at the client location during our Mediation session.

Hourly rate for the initial 3 hours minimum $300.

Additional hours are defined according to the case, to be determined by the mediators with the parties’ consent.
