Fernanda is the Co-Funder of Resolve Bureau. She is a Brazilian Attorney with 10 years of experience with Civil Law, invited to work as Magistrate`s Primary Law Clerk for 5 years.
She is a Competition Judge, presiding over mock negotiations at Negotiation Competition, and at Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber – Brazil.
Holding a Master of Law (LLM) in Appropriate Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California – USC, she mediates and negotiates litigated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cases of the Central District of The District Court, Small Claims, and Civil Harassment cases of the Los Angeles Superior Court. She works at the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center as a Conflict Resolution Specialist.
She is a trilingual Mediator (English, Portuguese and Spanish), passionate about cross-cultural matters. She believes negotiation brings people together and it is a privilege for her to help them.
